The Rock Hotel - Nuwara Eliya

The rooms are reasonably clean and come with all the facilities you need. The staff is polite and provides great customer service. The breakfast, included in the rate, is served with the only cooked item being eggs.

Tea Lounge, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. Honestly nothing too much trouble. We greatly enjoyed rock.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the hills of Nuwara Eliya. The location is perfect, as it is very close to all the attractions in the city, making it convenient to explore. Good Breakfast and Friendly Staff the Breakfast was good and had a different spread of food. Staff was friendly and helpful. the location of hotel was perfect for my business trip - situated near the main road.

Poor Room Service and Less Amenities Room service was poor, there was no housekeeping and when I requested them to clean my room, they took a lot of time. There were few amenities for the price that I paid, I didn't get the value for the money.
